Welcome to FL Spot! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for purchasing wedding, baptism, and christening accessories from our store. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability.
Prices are listed in USD (or local currency) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed in full before order processing. We accept, credit/debit cards, google pay, apple pay
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and shipping carrier.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
- FL Spot is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of many products, custom or monogrammed items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7-14 days of receipt, in original condition, for store credit or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Personalization & Custom Orders
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, dates, etc.). Errors due to incorrect information provided will not be eligible for refunds.
- Approval of design proofs (if applicable) must be given within the specified timeframe to avoid delays.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
