At FL SPOT, we strive for perfection in every order, but if you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return policy ensures a smooth resolution.
Eligibility & Timeframe
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition (with tags, packaging, and no signs of use).
- Custom-made, personalized, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Accepted Reasons for Returns
✔ Wrong size or style (non-custom items)
✔ Defective or damaged upon arrival
✔ Incorrect item shipped
Non-Returnable Items
✖ Custom embroidery, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces
✖ Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
✖ Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Request Approval: Email [email protected] within 14 days with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item (if defective)
- Reason for return
- Pack Securely: Include the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Ship Back: Send the parcel to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Subject to availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.
- Store Credit: Opt for instant FL SPOT credit (no return shipping deductions).
Damaged/Defective Items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Important Notes
- For hygiene, veils, headpieces, and christening accessories must include original hygiene seals.
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns—FL SPOT is not responsible for lost return packages.
